Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (if applicable). Items that are used, worn, or not in new condition will not be refunded and will be sent back at owners expense. Send item(s) to the address below & write “returned goods” clearly on the package. Inside your return parcel, include a note with your order number so our team can identify your order.

Exchanges
In order for us to accept an exchange, your item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery in its original and unworn condition, with all tags attached (if applicable). we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size.
Inside your return parcel, include a note with your order number so our team can identify your order.
we offer two exchange options:

Quick Replacement:
Place a new order for the replacement item(s) and return the original item(s) to the address shown above. Once we receive your original item(s) and confirm it’s in unused, unworn, and new condition, we’ll issue a refund for the original order.

Standard Exchange:
Send the original item(s) to the return address above and write “exchange” on the package. once we receive the item(s) and confirm it’s in unused, unworn, and new condition, we’ll ship out the replacement item(s).
As many of our items are limited and go out of stock often, we recommend option 1, to ensure the item you want does not sell out.
Please note customers are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
